You can become a member for an initial annual fee of $25 and $20 per month thereafter. 

Payment registration $25 a year & Monthly Pmt. $20 x 10 months = $200, Yearly cost is $225 .  A SPA representative will contact you concerning your request. 

Who is eligible for this program?

•    ARE YOU or someone you know, caring for a child 18 years or younger?
•    IF YOU ARE caring for a child with special needs?
•    ARE YOU a Custodial “Single” Dad or Mom – No support from other parent?
•    ARE YOU a Joint Custodial Parent – Receiving child support, and sharing responsibilities?
•    IF YOU ARE a single parent that has your child/children 10% or 100% of the time.
